Weather and court closures
Explain the operating venue’s closure process and how affected players are contacted. A closure is not resolved by silently hiding a reservation.
Payments
Digital payment and pay-at-venue remain product requirements. The synthetic court-rental demo supports owner-verified test GCash/Maya transfers and pay at venue. A submitted transfer screenshot never marks payment received. No real transfer should be made.
Use the terms displayed in checkout for the synthetic reservation. Cancellation releases its court and preserves any test refund obligation until the owner records completion. Real client policies require separate owner approval.
